Prima Pavé was created by Dejou and Marco Marano, Certified Specialists of Wine and hospitality entrepreneurs. With a decade of experience in food & wine tourism and partnerships with renowned wineries, Dejou's passion for sparkling wine led to the conception of Prima Pavé while she was pregnant with their first child.

This Rosé Dolce sweet non-alcoholic sparkling wine offers a delightful sensory experience with its vibrant fruit notes and floral undertones. The blend of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc & Gewürztraminer creates a harmonious combination of flavours that is delicately sweet, brightly acidic with a round finish.
