Betty Boo Cherry Sour

Unleash your inner mixologist with our tantalizing cocktail recipe, Betty Boo Cherry Sour, a delightful blend of flavours that will transport you to a world of pure indulgence! 


  • 60ml (or maybe even 70ml if you're feeling extra fancy) of Pentire Adrift
  • 10-15ml of sour cherry syrup

  • A couple of splashes of All The Bitter New Orleans bitters
  • Cold still water to top it off

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice - we use reusable ice so that the ice-cubes don't dilute the cocktail. Give it a good shake and then strain into a martini glass or coupé, leaving the ice out. 

Garnish your Betty Boo Cherry Sour with a fresh cherry or a twist of lemon peel for an extra touch of elegance.
