Betty Boo Cherry Sour

Ingredients
- 60ml (or maybe even 70ml if you're feeling extra fancy) of Pentire Adrift

10-15ml of sour cherry syrup
- A couple of splashes of All The Bitter New Orleans bitters
- Cold still water to top it off
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice - we use reusable ice so that the ice-cubes don't dilute the cocktail. Give it a good shake and then strain into a martini glass or coupé, leaving the ice out.
Garnish your Betty Boo Cherry Sour with a fresh cherry or a twist of lemon peel for an extra touch of elegance.
