Our shipping policy ensures a convenient and reliable delivery experience for our valued customers. We understand the importance of prompt service and aim to get your package to you as quickly as possible.

For a flat rate of 7 euros, we offer standard 3-4 day delivery anywhere in Ireland, and for 10 euro you can enjoy next day delivery if you place your order before noon. We also offer free standard shipping (within Ireland only) if your order exceeds €100. 

We ship to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Rates are available to view at checkout. Free shipping is not available to any country outside Ireland.

Returns & Refunds

At, we truly empathize with the occasional disappointment of receiving a product that doesn't meet your expectations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number.

2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.

5. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the required conditions.

6. If approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
