At Drinknolo.ie, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience when shopping for your favourite non-alcoholic beverages.
Our shipping policy ensures a convenient and reliable delivery experience for our valued customers. We understand the importance of prompt service and aim to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–4 days, with DPD typically delivering within 1–2 business days after that.
However, with the festive hustle in full swing, delivery times may take a little longer—thank you for your patience as we get your goodies to you!
We’ve kept our shipping rates simple and transparent to ensure your drinks arrive safely and on time:
• Orders up to 6 bottles: €10 shipping.
• Orders of 7–12 bottles: €14 shipping.
• Orders of 13+ bottles: €21 shipping.
Our rates reflect the careful packing and handling required to deliver your order in perfect condition.
We ship to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Rates are available to view at checkout. Free shipping is not available to any country outside Ireland.
Shipping fees to the above EU countries are per 5KG box. If your order comprises of more than this, there will be additional shipping fees.

Returns & Refunds
At Drinknolo.ie, we truly empathize with the occasional disappointment of receiving a product that doesn't meet your expectations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at info@drinknolo.ie within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.
5. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the required conditions.
6. If approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
