This cocktail is a fave of Rose Bax, one of the founders of Bax Botanics - an eco-friendly and sustainable brand of non-alcoholic gins that come in two delicious flavours - Sea Buckthorn and Verbena. Rose describes this as "slightly smoky, sweet, sour, bitter, and fruity" which balances beautifully. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 60ml Bax Botanics Sea Buckthorn
- 45ml pomegranate juice
- 25ml Maple Syrup
- 15ml Lemon juice
Crush up the inside of the pomegranate with a pestle and mortar and strain the juice. Shake together the ingredients then strain into a rocks glass over a big chunk of ice.
