As the temperature starts to drop and you find yourself lighting a fire in the evenings, there's something quite delightful about snuggling up by a crackling fireplace with a delicious winter cocktail. Whether you're a fan of traditional favourites or love trying new blends, we've put together a yummy selection of winter drinks that will warm your heart and lift your spirits during the cold season.

Cinnamon Old Fashioned

Ingredients 

1 sugar cube
3 dashes of aromatic bitters
50 ml non-alcoholic bourbon or whiskey
1 cinnamon stick
10 ml of cinnamon syrup
Ice


    The Cinnamon Old Fashioned is a twist on the timeless cocktail that adds a touch of warmth and spice. Start by muddling a sugar cube with a few dashes of aromatic bitters in an old-fashioned glass. Add ice and pour in your favourite non-alcoholic bourbon or rye whiskey alternative. Stir gently, then garnish with an orange twist and a cinnamon stick for that extra seasonal flair. Finally, don't forget to drizzle in some luscious cinnamon syrup for an extra burst of flavour.

    Gingerbread Espresso Martini

    Ingredients

    40 ml freshly brewed espresso
    50 ml non-alcoholic vodka or gin
    20 ml gingerbread syrup
    Ice cubes

    For coffee lovers who crave a little extra indulgence, the Gingerbread Espresso Martini is the perfect choice. Combine freshly brewed espresso, a non-alcoholic vodka or gin, gingerbread syrup, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or crushed ginger cookies for a festive touch.


    Kir Royale

    125 ml non-alcoholic sparkling white wine
    10 ml blackcurrant syrup

    Winter Berry Mojito

    60 ml fresh berries
    10 mint leaves
    30 ml lime juice
    60 ml non-alcoholic rum
    30 ml winter berry syrup
    ice cubes
    soda water
    extra berries and a sprig of mint for garnish

    The Winter Berry Mojito takes a classic and gives it a winter wonderland twist. Start by gently muddling some fresh berries, mint leaves, and a splash of lime juice with ice in a glass. Then, pour in a good amount of non-alcoholic rum and add some delicious winter berry syrup. To make it even more refreshing, top it off with some fizzy soda water. And for that fancy touch, garnish with a few extra juicy berries and a sprig of mint.

    Pumpkin Spice Highball

    Ingredients

    20 ml pumpkin spice syrup
    10 ml lime juice
    60 ml ginger beer
    60 ml non-alcoholic rum

    Embrace the flavours of autumn with the Pumpkin Spice Highball. In a highball glass filled with ice, combine pumpkin spice syrup, a non-alcoholic bourbon or whiskey, lime juice and ginger ale. Stir gently to mix the flavours and garnish with a cinnamon stick or a sprinkle of nutmeg.
